Currently, this build is stuck halfway between an infect deck and an aristocrats deck. It takes a bit for the aristocrats engine to get running and depends on Nest of Scarabs as well as Endrek Sahr, Master Breeder. After those are online, sacrifice outlets tend to be a bit difficult to get online as well, so my maybeboard contains some sac outlets such as Falnekrath Torturer and Disciple of Griselbrand.

Maybeboard Choices

Caress of Phyrexia: Gets poison counters on a player to kick-start infect.

Disciple of Griselbrand: Sac outlet and life-gain.

Falkenrath Torturer: Sac outlet, vampire synergy with Cordial Vampire.

Grafted Exoskeleton: Further infect.

Silumgar Scavenger: Sacrifice synergy, flying.

Tendrils of Corruption: Life-gain, targeted destruction, in the Phyrexia vs the Coalition duel deck.
