Mono-black vampire deck with a splash of zombies for fun. Mainly focused on draining opponents and sacking their (and your) creatures for life, and bringing those creatures back just to do it again.

If Evincar isn't your bag, you can also change him out for Anowon, the Ruin Sage or the planeswalker Sorin Markov.

Open to suggestions that will improve the deck!

Bogbrew Witch/Newt/Cauldron combo added in for kicks.

EDIT: Switched out commander for Kalitas, moved Evincar to "Maybe" pile.
