I Caught myself looking for cards that would run well in this deck, and I ended up asking my buddy to help since he was over. He built a deck similar to yours a year or so ago, except he had Pillory of the Sleepless, Spiteful Returned, Sphere of Safety, and Weight of the Underworld. He also uses Extinguish All Hope to wipe the board and annihilate attaching Eidolon on one of his small critters. I think I am going to have to +1 this deck.

Ok so I would minus Demon's Grasp Eyeblight Massacre Dreadwaters Vampiric Rites Weight of the Underworld Bone to Ash Grave Birthing Scatter to the Winds and Brilliant Spectrum also one Spell Shrivel so that is 15 spots. Add the three more Sphinx's gonna make the game so much more consistent for you. 2more Read the Bones 2 more Healing Hands 2 Languish and 2 Planar Outburst 2 Encircling Fissure and 2 of either Duress or Transgress the Mind
As for the lands either 3 of each Sunken Hollow and Prairie Stream or 4 Evolving Wilds sorry it took to long to get back to you been crazy over here lol. I hope my suggestion help

My first question would be what do you want to do with your deck but seeing as how you've posted what you have I suggest going all out eldrazi. It might not do well at you local game shop but it'll make for some fun games with your buddies in a table top session.. Having written that I will help focus your deck a bit by suggesting cards that could be replaced in your mainboard from your maybeboard..
Creatures:
Malakir Cullblade->Sludge Crawler
Seismic Elemental->Sludge Crawler
Sengir Vampire->Touch of the Void
Shivan Dragon->Touch of the Void
Infernal Scarring->Processor Assault
Weight of the Underworld->Complete Disregard
With these updates I believe that you can make a deck that will be able to play on turn and for effect. Although, if you have the ability to do so, I recommend heading to your LGS and picking up some of the bigger Eldrazi and maybe a few of the cheaper dual-lands..
