OK, so the idea here is that rather than building bird tribal, we're building Storm Crow tribal -- we're building around 1/2 fliers for 2. There are several. Then we've got some buffs for fliers, some hate for creatures with higher power (i.e. all non-Storm Crow creatures), even some tutors to find just the right Storm Crow for the job. Finally some swords, since crows+swords=CawBlade, right?

I've kept things budget; basically that means no Force of Will and no Recruiter of the Guard. Those are the only two I miss, otherwise I feel like jamming expensive staples in would ruin the magic.

What's that, you say? It's a bad Kangee deck that splashes black in order to pick up an additional 5 gimmick cards? You're not wrong. Also, you can shut up.
