Raksha may only rattle the cages of Black creatures but with cool cats like Distorting Lens we can turn anything black.

And we have more way to deal with the nerd that is black. Karma, Teroh's Vanguard, Order of the White Shield, Mirran Crusader, Angry Mob, And we can even punish people not playing black with Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth.
