Hey it didn't take two weeks for me to finish the decks and move on to the next one. What a concept!
What makes an Unplayable commander?
I'm using EDHREC'S list of Unplayable commander's. They are commander's that have less then three decks on tapped out, you can find the list here.

How does this work?
I'll randomly select a commander. I'll build the rough skeleton. You send me suggestions for weird cards for it. And we'll cut it down and ship it. Let's put the minds of the internet to the test
Why would you build around (Insert bad commander) when you could play (Insert better commander in the same archetype or colors) instead, what's the point?
First off the object should not be to just build good stuff with X. If we're building Rohgahh of Kher Keep we aren't building R/B good stuff. We're building around Rohgahh of Kher Keep. Weird drawbacks and neat side effects and all.
Because if you limit yourself to just the best deck of their colors, you limit yourself to 30 decks in the entirety of the format (Mono color, guilds, shards ect), But the great thing about commander is that there are hundreds of ways to build around one commander. I can build Zedruu the Greathearted as a prison deck, a evil santa deck, a group hug deck, Heck I could build voltron Zedruu, Sky's the limit.
So instead of simply looking at the cards and seeing what they aren't, let's look and see what they bring to the table. No matter how bad it looks. No matter how weird it is.
Plus it'll be a lot of fun.

For slaying the worlds greatest menace. Birds!

I second the above actually. If you think about it she's basically a demon slayer too (black flying creatures? could it be more obvious?). So also anything that hates on reanimator/mono black is totally thematic for this commander.
Also, since you are trying to get her trigger on blocking, perhaps you should make this deck in opposition to your Gallowbraid one and run mass life gain/pillow fort?
One last thing that may cross your mind is that I believe she is using a bow in her art. So maybe run archery themed cards too?

RazortoothMtg Well of course. Rashka the Slayer with one Swords to Plowshares is my favorite standard deck! (Fixed now)
I like the idea of just hating out mono black. Maybe just hate out every color.
TheRedGoat So first helmets and now Archer tribal. Why do Unplayable commanders lend themselves to themed art decks?

Well, to be fair I think the archer idea is a little out there in regards to building around it, but the card has build around potential none-the-less. Going full out, "hate Rakdos" while you win from life total stuff seems like a good theme for a commander that is a better blocker than it is an attacker.
Like anything pro red/black or hates on goblins or decimates reanimator strategies because you played Rest in Peace. Lol, Baneslayer Angel could even be like your psuedo lieutenant.

given the amount of artifact hate in EDH, Bottled Cloister seems like a dangerous card, it reads, exile your hand, get cloister blown up, and switch into topdeck mode with no extra card draw.
perhaps a more interactive card like Silence could replace it and let you have some tricks for those pesky blue decks. if you want more card draw, something like Sword of Fire and Ice gives you card draw. and given that you are already running two sords, Open the Armory is reasonable.
also some cards seem underwhelming, like Shield of Duty and Reason, something like Pariah can be dual purpose, used to pillowfort or for removal.

Grind I'm actually editing the deck right now so the suggestions are very appreciated. the deck is currently at 119
Open the Armory is reasonable but there are other cooler cards I'd rather play.
Bottled Cloister was a last minute edition. Yeah it probably isn't great here. Sword of Fire and Ice is better.

You're first problem is that this says it is "standard" not "commander".
Now lets start with suggestions.
Cards that let it block more creatures so that trigger happens more, like from my Zhao Zilong, Tiger General deck.
Brave the Sands, Entangler, Iona's Blessing.
Also, we need black creatures for this to work. Black Scarab and Celestial Purge makes this more worth it.
One problem. nothing that makes things black that I can find. Darkest Hour if you don't mind being a huge cheater.
New idea: be the hate black deck! When a friend pulls out their mono-black goodstuff deck, just pull out this! And run Karma, Crusading Knight, Cleanse, Circle of Protection: Black, Angry Mob, etc.
