When I first saw the Persistent Petitioners , I knew I needed to build an EDH deck for it, and so I did. The commander, Grand Arbiter Augustin IV , just happens to be an advisor himself, and he also makes my Persistent Petitioners cost only U. What this deck tries to do is to, pretty obviously, mill your opponents out. It's pretty slow, but it can work.

This deck uses big draw spells like Stroke of Genius , Mind Spring , Pull from Tomorrow , and Blue Sun's Zenith to keep up the fuel. Also, an alternate win condition is Laboratory Maniac . If you draw him, you usually change your game plan to milling yourself out and winning that way instead.

This deck is very casual (though the competitive meter may not say so) and fun, and I hope you enjoy playing with it. Suggestions are welcome, just as long as they are not too expensive, and upvotes would be nice, too.

I recently acquired a Force of Will, so that it replacing Negate. Force of Will is just better.
