This deck is a casual EDH deck, that said, it can sill do very well if you know how to politics. It is considerable to note that if you can label someone as "that guy" early on, you can draw a considerable amount of attention away from yourself as you are the voice of reason being nice to everyone and all. Start by becoming everyone's friend by playing draw cards spells on them, then when Nekusar enters the field convince them that a twenty turn countdown timer is meaningless and you just want everyone to have fun.

This deck is both passive and involved in the heart of the game. Mostly you'll set up a few chump blockers and have everyone draw cards, but with cards like Nekusar and a few others you could deal upwards of 2-4 damage per card drawn. At the beginning just make sure to collect as much mana as you possibly can, because there are alot of X spells in here.

Once Nekusar is out, two options unfold:

1: Draw everyone out to death whilst simultaneously convincing them that the draw is good and it'll help them defeat the "asshole" (there will always be an idiot willing to take damage to draw cards trust me)

2; Wait until you can make everyone draw upwards of ten cars in a turn, play an infect enchantment on Nekusar and kill everybody at once.

Honestly this deck is half being a charismatic person to win, and its cheap too, not $30! Perfect for a few fun games.
