The Lord of the Rings: Tales of Middle-Earth Commander Deck Elven Council UPGRADE

This is not really a budget upgrade, but I didn't include any Tier 1 / super expensive cards like Cyclonic Rift or Craterhoof Behemoth. Even though those are really powerfull cards, my goal while deckbuilding is always to create a deck that plays / feels different from other decks I own. Including cards like Cyclonic Rift or Craterhoof Behemoth would achieve exactly the opposite of what I am aiming at.
