First deck build ever? Did solo this and had some help but its Super budget and cheap and I can honestly say I don't necessarily know what I am doing, which is fine, I'm new. I was kind of going for a Negative Counter deck but not sure if I did that well.

My questions are simple: what do you think? Is it decent? should I burn it? Do I have enough lands? How's my commander? What would you do better?, etc...

Super interested in learning more about MTG. I've mainly been playing Commander and MTG Arena. I appreciate any and all feedback!

Also I know I have 2x Ob Nixilis's Cruelty. Will fix later.
