You gain 2 life. Then if you have more life than an opponent, draw a card.
Rebound (If you cast this spell from your hand, exile it as it resolves. At the beginning of your next upkeep, you may cast this card from exile without paying its mana cost.)

Survival Cache Discussion
Appreciate the feedback.
I can see where Phyrexian Processor would be good, I just don't know how I feel about 4 mana pay 10 life, survive a turn cycle and spend my next turn activating it. Late game it is probably much better, I'd have to think of what it would take up.
I did have Aetherflux Reservoir in the deck on the concept of separate life triggers seems very strong with Karlov. I ended up cutting it for Righteous Cause because it seemed like it would create far more separate triggers to accomplish the same thing. Being able to 50 someone is satisfying though so I may have to revisit it.
Survival Cache seems really good with Karlov out, but not as strong without him on the field. I tried to slot my card draw into repeatable effects throughout the game, along with being easier to bring back should they get removed.
I'd certainly welcome suggestions for cuts for these cards though and thanks for checking out the deck!

I think Holy Light would be a great inclusion to the deck, as White has very few ways of dealing with masses of tokens efficiently. This card lets you do that without affecting your own smaller creatures.
You have Suture Priest twice in your list, under board control and Life Gain.
Survival Cache seems like a great card for your deck. You'll most likely be the player with the most life anyways, and this gives you two life gain triggers and will most likely draw you two cards.
Children of Korlis could be a good "Fog" effect for you.
Exile seems like a good fit for removal in your deck.
Seems a shame to pass up on Martyr of Sands. It only gets you one trigger, but it's still a lot of life, which is worth something.
Seraph of Dawn is an absolute beast in this format. the big butt means it survives a lot of removal and combat, and putting equipment on it is amazing.
Along the same lines, Student of Ojutai really dishes out the lifegain for you on a great body, especially considering how few creatures you're playing.
I feel like most of your lifelink creatures are not really worth playing. They're going to be easily blocked and killed in most situations and not net you much of an advantage. I'd say only the ones that gain your some sort of card advantage are really worth playing. I could be wrong about Healer's Hawk, though.
Lastly, you have plenty of ways to protect your commander, but I would just like to suggest Angelic Renewal. You can play this before your commander and not have to hold mana up all the time for it. Same goes for Benevolent Bodyguard. This lets you play a much tighter, more efficient game plan.

One amusing budget creature in these kinds of decks is Saltskitter: they repeatedly enter the battlefield, and can cause tons of lifegain. Even more fun with multiples, because they exile eachother every turn.

I wouldnt focus on Vanquisher's Banner. It will make your Mana curve hard to reach. On the other hand Mentor of the Week is a great addition. I personally love that card. Also you can look into Tocatli Honor Guard and Thalia, Heretic Cathar and Thalia, Guardian of Thraben for sideboard, and main board Conclave Tribunal and Radiant Destiny. For more card draw Ranger of Eos, Survival Cache and Bygone Bishop

Ive seen decks similar to this. In fact I have one(Its Humans not Cats). You are missing a couple staple cats and some non-creature spells that could really help.
Fleecemane Lion- This is a winocn plain and simple
Collected Company- Can put most of yours creatures onto the battlefield at any given time and can easily swing a game in your favor.
Harmonize- Gives you much needed card draw
Now i should probably talk about some cards that probably shouldn't be in this deck. I understand if you own all these cards but if you do not, i don't think that there is any reason for them to be in here. If you have counter argument Id love to hear it.
Heroes' Reunion- I'm sorry if you are going for a lifelink, but it just isn't worth to have a straight lifegain spell as apposed to say Collected Company or Blossoming Defense or something that gives you more value than simply 7 life.
Disenchant- This is a card for your sideboard, something that you sub in when you need it
Survival Cache- im on the fence. I feel like there could be better options, but it seems to fit relatively well.
Soul Net- Isn't legal in Modern and doesn't really work regardless
In case you want to check out my humans deck here it is: Thalia's Horde of Humans but this is your deck and as such, you get the final say in any change.

Hey, thanks a lot for the feedback. It's really helpful. Soul-Scar Mage is hindering my win cons with Stuffy Doll and my protection spells and indestructible armor, etc since it's going to put counters instead of damage so that's a no no.
As for Comet Storm, you are totally right, since I was considering it for the Instant and other nice qualities of it, but wasn't able to get my hands on it. It's work in progress although Survival Cache will be replaced by it.
I will consider more mana artifacts in the deck as well. As for Neheb, I am waiting for standard to rotate out for it to drop slightly in price. Thanks a lot mate. I will do updates to the deck later today.

If you have the feeling that you are facing a lot of indestructible creatures, you can consider Soul-Scar Mage. It's just a one drop, so not that impactful, but you can see it as a spell that says: "Your next spell has wither" or something like that. It also works with the damage from your commander, since it triggers on non-combat-damage.
I would also add Comet Storm to the main board, it is in my opinion one of the best X burn spells to target multiple targets with. I think it's better than Banefire and Burn from Within, not considering the niche interaction, where the additional effects these spells bring with them actually matter. They are definately good too, but if you want to kill multiple people in one swing, there are few burn spells better than Comet Storm.
Why do you play Survival Cache, for the card draw? Thats a card you could easily swap out i think.
Also, I would play the big mana rocks, like Worn Powerstone and Thran Dynamo. You're gonna need a lot of mana for those X-spells ;-) Maybe think about a package of Neheb, the Eternal with Astral Cornucopia and Everflowing Chalice
