I think you'll want to up your lands to 23-25. Blighted Steppe/Kabira Crossroads help you out. Aven Riftwatcher is also a very good creature, it only last a few turns but is great for them, and I like Nyx-Fleece Ram. Survival Cache is a way for you to draw cards.

this is coming along nicely, I especially like the addition of Survival Cache even if I'm not sure how good it is and Basilica Screecher for that repeated life gain. I think you need a bit more removal though, rn it's pretty clunky with only Pestilence and Recumbent Bliss. I would cut Sylvok Lifestaff for those spots

I subscribe most of what Rwhr2d2 said above. I'd remove a couple of Shalai since it's legendary and you don't want to have one in hand and not be able to play it. If you consider adding back green, then Sigarda, Heron's Grace has almost the same effect and also creates tokens, so 2 of each can be powerful, and also green would give you access to many land-search spells so you always have the land you need.

Dauntless Bodyguard is good but fits better in decks with cheaper creatures. Here, most of the time they'll only be able to protect the other knights, or sometimes nothing since it's your only 1 drop. If you want to stick to knights, Knight of the White Orchid is very good at speeding up your game, and if not, Wall of Omens is usually played with angels because it gives you card draw and good blocking.

Another option is just going mono-white, swapping Cast Down for Journey to Nowhere and replacing the black card advantage of Divest and Duress for white card advantage like Niveous Wisps, Survival Cache or the aforementioned Wall of Omens.

Ahhh great to see a big army of angels, so +1 just for that!

That said, I think you should lower your average CMC a bit, since twelve 7+ drops can be problematic even in casual games (and almost half of your deck costs 5 or more to play anyway). As much as I love all those huge-ass angels, maybe you could replace some of them with cheap but powerful 4-5 drops like Battlegrace Angel (lifelink), Angel of Jubilation (lord + anti-black) or Seraph of the Sword, or if you have some more money available, then you have many more to choose from like Archangel of Tithes (combat control), Shalai, Voice of Plenty (hexproof for everyone), Restoration Angel (for re-triggering enter the battlefield effects, including Seraph Sanctuary), or the golden trio of lifelink angels: Baneslayer Angel, Archangel of Thune and Gisela, the Broken Blade.

As more concrete suggestions, I think Seraph of the Sword is better than both Serra Avenger (since you can't play her until turn 4 anyway) and Guardian of the Gateless. Also I would swap Angelic Arbiter for Archangel of Tithes or Battlegrace Angel, and take out Reya Dawnbringer and Angel of the Dire Hour for some of the others I mentioned.

Regarding other spells, you might like Journey to Nowhere instead of Pacifism, or maybe Oblivion Ring/Banishing Light so it's not only for creatures.

Also, your angels won't die that often, so I would cut a couple of Defy Death for something with more utility like Survival Cache, that gives you lifegain + card drawing.

And lastly, if you take out most of your 6+ angels, you won't need Quicksilver Amulet so you could use faster ramp like Pearl Medallion or Oketra's Monument.

Add removal! Path to Exile/Condemn/Oust/Journey to Nowhere
Gift & Haven are very slow, Survival Cache gives card draw, Blade Splicer is two Soul Warden triggers and a decent threat.
Sram's Expertise is another good token producer. Going down some of the slower cards in the deck (Well & Angelic Accord) would allow for more explosive turns.

Why not run the best grave hate, Rest in Peace if you can?

If you have access to white, you can run Fragmentize/Disenchant/Revoke Existence/Wear / Tear over Abrade!
(it allows you to deal with enchantments too, which can be relevont on some bad days, when you come up against boggles, blood moon, control that can go insane with Search for Azcanta  Flip... etc.

I would also recomend playing some sort of card filtering or card advantage engine, be it Painful Truths, Survival Cache, or Faithless Looting, since it helps you find the answers you need.
You could also run some manlands, which can be alternative win conditions if your creatures are killed, and can be helpful in some matchups since they have all sorts of useful abilities, like lifegain.

So I realize that it is a huge "win more" card but I want to hear your thoughts about Helm of the Host anyways. Also, what are your thoughts on Survival Cache, Ritual of Rejuvenation, etc. I realize the life gain is subpar especially without the Commander but they do replace themselves and could provide extra advantage with Well of Lost Dreams. Lastly, I hate infect wins as they feel dirty to me but Grafted Exoskeleton could be a slow way of helping close out the game or whittle down opposing threats. Love this deck and wish I could offer more ideas to help polish up the coolest Boros Legend out there.
