From experience playing against this sort of deck in multiplayer is really miserable though. A friend of mine used to play a less streamlined version of this, and his turns took upwards of 45 min. And all it ever did was a whole lot of nothing.
I feel this is your goal, but I'll just inform you that in our playgroup it led to people not wanting to play whenever he was around. Imagine having to watch ads for half an hour in between turns. That was what it felt like to play against it. It ended up being taken apart. The deck died of its own cancer so to speak.

I know this is a budget deck, but I still feel like Risk Factor is worth investing in. Would cut 2x Goblin Electromancers for it, that card is never gonna be good in multibles. Upgrade with the last two and potentially Ionize

They fit in the same spot on the curve. True-Name Nemesis is only 3 power compared to 4, but it is a lot more resilient. Like, a LOT.
It's also unblockable over flying. Don't know if it's relevant, but getting chumped by Lingering Souls Spirit Tokens might be a thing.
I'm guessing the price tag is the main reason we don't play it, but if not for the price would it be better?
