I would just like to note, the artwork of a bird deck is very important.
Instead of basics from Dominaria, the Plains from Mirage have birds in the art: Plains
As for Swords to Plowshares , I'd recommend the Ice Age printing: Swords to Plowshares .
It's a crime to not run Soraya the Falconer . She is of the uttermost bird-kind.
Aerial Assault , Howling Mine , and Disenchant all have birds in the art and are some of the better options.
Kirtar's Wrath is an on-theme, bird wrath. In regards, Lieutenant Kirtar , Commander Eesha , and Major Teroh are each birb necessities. They were at the behest of The Order on Otaria, Dominaria.
For an actual suggestion, Abolish is an underrated card with much application. But you must further your bird-game. Make haste!

It's more of a control build, using Dromar as an enabler as well as a staller. Incorporating cards like Darkest Hour to change the colors of all creature to black than using Dromar's ability to bounce all creatures.
There are a couple cards that works with this synergy like:
Not to mention with the color hacking synergy you can run cards like:
- Devout Lightcaster - Fun to bounce and redo again and again
- Circle of Protection: Black
- Eight-and-a-Half-Tails
- Major Teroh
- Northern Paladin
- Tsabo's Assassin
- Mother of Runes
It's a fun kind of cool theme, there are a lot of color hating cards in the old days, so changing the color of the board and color haxing things is pretty funny. Although you do need quite a bit of mana to work, so Esper colors do rely quite a bit of rocks.
What do you peeps think?

Some cards I think are pretty underpowered in your deck, in no particular order:
- Path of Bravery
- Gleam of Authority
- Ethereal Armor
- Demystify
- War Falcon
- Territorial Roc
- Suntail Hawk
- Aven Skirmisher
- Aven Squire
I put a few of the low cost, low-impact birds on the list, 'cause EDH is about long games. Suntail Hawk can be aggro early, but getting it early is not likely, and it's an extremely bad card late-game. A good rule in EDH is to make sure the vast majority of your cards are high-impact. To that end, some other decent creatures you may want to consider:
Also look into some good draw engines to keep you going - it's easy to run out of gas with creature decks like this in long EDH games.
Finally, consider some mana rocks:
Good luck!

I will admit that after further research, there were cards I had not accounted for when stating "two". Quicksilver - You'd think so - it took me a long time searching through the technicalities. I mean this all as sharing a quirk of the game, in a convivial manner. ;) It might also help the person running Progenitus. I may be wrong on this - please clarify if I am, and I will ask a judge.
"Protection" refers to the acronym DEBT. It means "This creature cannot be: 'D/E/B/T' by (X)." The acronym:
D-Damaged/Destroyed
E-Enchanted
B-Blocked
T-Targeted
This means that its split keyword defines "Protection from Instants" and "Protection from Sorceries". "D" applies here (ignore "Damaged" in this case), asserting that it cannot be "Destroyed by Instants/Sorceries". This applies to other card types that would attempt to destroy the board.
Therefore, the only cards capable of board-wiping it are as follows: Angel of the Dire Hour, Decree of Annihilation, Descend upon the Sinful, False Prophet, Final Judgement, Living Death, Living End, Major Teroh, Martyr's Cry, Merciless Eviction, and technically Worldfire.
I had only previously known of Descend upon the Sinful and Merciless Eviction, in this context - I believe my argument still stands that few of the possible ones are used often, if at all.
