relatively new to MTG, would love to get some feedback on my deck.

I am very well aware that a lot of these cards aren't top tier, I don't want to spend an inordinate amount of money on cards to make the deck awesome(up to $10/card).

I'm all about they fun plays and new/ different win conditions
