Deck tries to put together a combo giving infinite mana and infinite creature untaps, then draw with Regal Force and Temur until a win condition is found:

• Loop Arborback Stomper or Pelakka Wurm to gain a bunch of life, then hit with a big Hurricane or loop Cloudthresher
• Loop Greenwarden of Murasa and Hornet Sting

• Loop Greenwarden of Murasa and Beast Within to take away all permanents including land, followed by looping Somberwald Stag to kill all the tokens you gave them

• Shaman of Forgotten Ways can potentially find a win without infinite mana

I started this from this $200 Yisan budget deck and then tried budgeting it down even farther to around $25 originally and then upgraded it a bit to around $50. I took out all of the removal and added in more protection cards. As a new player, I had no idea what I should be removing, and the posts on reddit I made that link to this deck were aimed at newer players looking for a budget deck. If you want to lower the price further, drop Shaman of Forgotten Ways for one of the untap cards on the maybe board. Heck, since Yisan tutors every thing you need, you can fill a lot of the deck with any green bulk you have to get started. Try to not cut too many of the cards that let you get Yisan out on turn 2 though.

I've since upgraded it further and made some changes to be able to use it in a league that penalizes infinite loops, but thought I'd leave this list up on tappedout since it's had some interest.

• Hornet Queen is intended to combo with Craterhoof Behemoth, but is a bit pricey for this build. Still, bringing in 4 blockers with deathtouch at flash speed can make for good emergency blockers, so I left her in.

Pathwarden is just there in case I need another elf for the Priest or Archdruid to go infinite and Yisan is in position to use verse 5 to find one.

Typical game plan:

• Mulligan to try to get a hand that can get Yisan out on T2
• Turn 1: Drop a forest and an accelerator like a dork or sol ring
• Turn 2: Play Yisan
• Turn 3: Verse 1 -> Sylvan Safekeeper
• Turn 4: If there's enough mana to be able to tap Yisan twice use Verse 2 -> Scryb Ranger. Use Ranger to untap Yisan and use verse 3 -> Elvish Archdruid. If short on mana use verse 2 -> Seeker of Skybreak and we'll be behind a bit.
• Turn 5: Verse 4-> Temur Sabertooth. Seeker/Scryb untaps Yisan. Verse 5 -> Tajuru Pathwarden to bump up the # of elves. If not needed can get Arborback Stomper to setup for a big Hurricane or Cloudthresher .
• Turn 6: Verse 6 -> Woodland Bellower fetches Wirewood Symbiote. Symbiote and Sabertooth and 1 cmc elf can make inf mana and creature untaps with Elvish Archdruid as long as enough elves are in play. Verse 7 -> Regal Force to draw then pick him up and replay him to keep drawing until a win condition is found.
