I've always wanted to run Shrines Tribal, and with Neon Dynasty, I finally have enough shrines to make the deck somewhat competent (there are 17 shrines in total, including our commander). The Shrine Token is too expensive ($20 as of writing) so I'm substituting in Imperial Shrine Guard cards from Vanguard. They work surprisingly well. The strategy behind this deck is to play shrines and gather value. Some shrines can hurl damage at opponents; that's the win-con. Other enchantments toss out tokens. Those are for protection and for swinging. I play this against students because they like to swing at me (the teacher) and I often need a pillow fort to survive.
