I was looking for another deck to play a few years ago after realizing that my current decks were a little more powerful than intended in my new college meta. I needed something on the cheap side mana-base wise, and after looking around a bit, Unesh's triple threat of insane draw potential, cost reduction shenanigans, and tribal themes seemed too good to pass up.

Used to be more of a casual list, but the deck is now a more streamlined, combo-focused deck. Since Unesh draws us approximately 1000000 cards, the general plan is to dig to Deadeye Navigator + Peregrine Drake for infinite mana, then storm off, drawing our deck with Unesh, before winning with Thassa's Oracle or Jace, Wielder of Mysteries.

There are some notable exclusions in here, foremost of all being Universal Automaton and similar cards. One day I will get down to 0 non-sphinxes, and I think the little guy is a step in the wrong direction. If you wanted to increase the power level of the list though, those cards are must include. I would look to upgrade the interaction, and trim some of the weaker sphinxes for more protection.

Thanks for checking this out! Hope you have a great day! :D
