Smeagol helps get alot of lands into play. The rest of the deck keeps opponents graveyards in check and utilizes them. There are plenty of cards that let the Ring tempt you without needing creatures to die. The nazgul also get big quickly as the Ring tempts you. There are a few landfall triggers but the main theme is to play with the opponents graveyards.
