Deadeye Plunderers get +1/+1 for each artifact you control in play.

: Create a colorless artifact token named Treasure with ", sacrifice this artifact: Add one mana of any color to your mana pool"

Gameplay is pretty simple: cast commander, pump him enough with the treasures if you don't have other artifacts,then swing for lethal with commander equiped with one of the artifacts that let you trample through/be unblockable/get flying. Has a couple artifacts for protection, other artifacts that allow you to ramp quicker, and some pretty generic affinity creatures/things.

Alternate win-con: if you cannot swing with the guy for any reason, just keep on making treasures and at some point play Disciple of the Vault. Then simply start sacing the treasures. Every 4 treasures allow you to make a new one and sac that. Every cycle of treasures give you an extra point of damage for 4 treasures, so to be able to enter a new cycle, you need 4*previous amount of treasures in the cycle.

0th Cycle: 0-3, not enough mana for a new treasure.

1st Cycle: 4, make 1 treasure with that.

2nd Cycle: 16, make 4 treasures with that, and then 1 more with the newly made ones.

3rd Cycle: 64 (you know the drill by now).
