I know that I could add lab man or thassa's oracle to make this deck far more powerful but here's my take on a middle power Oskar Deck.

It's a discard value engine making mana, treasure, creatures, life, enemy mill etc. Mostly designed to be a fun showcase of cool card interactions.

Key cards like tortured existence, bone miser, dream halls, and secrets of the dead, allow for absolutely goofy plays.
