Fumulus, the Infestation was a gift from my friends Matt to build as a deck in the Mono Black Cube and I have been putting it off (sorry Matt). Fumulus honestly doesn't have a ton of actually good Leeches, Insects, Slugs, or Worms to run with in mono black - so I basically just ignored trying to add in the good ones. Some that I did consider adding are sitting in the Maybeboard. It instead has a lot of forced sacrifice and cards that benefit from me sacrificing creatures (pretty standard Black stuff to do in MTG but there's also some spice). I'm marking this deck as Bracket 4 for a couple reasons: a few tutors, I think there's Game Changers, and a number of infinite combos to win the game. See the accordion below for some of the complicated combos.

This is mostly for reference when I talk about the Combos. Some/most combos require some sort of free Sac outlet on board and an Aristocrat so I'm going to list them here (hoping I don't miss any lol). Free Sac Outlets: Ashnod's Altar, Viscera Seer, Woe Strider, Warren Soultrader, Carrion Feeder, Altar of Dementia. Aristocrats: Syr Konrad, the Grim, Ayara, First of Locthwain, Blood Artist, Zulaport Cutthroat, Marionette Apprentice (but this one doesn't gain life unfortunately). In an infinite combo setting; Bontu's Monument also works in a lot of the deck's cases.

Mortuary - Bolas's Citadel / Into the Pits Combo Pieces: Hangarback Walker, Free Sac Outlet / Blasting Station. Mortuary always works with Liliana, Dreadhorde General (usually requires an aristocrat to win - Liliana can draw your whole deck to find one too if you have a free sac outlet out already)

Chthonian Nightmare Combo Pieces:Pitiless Plunderer, Fumulus, the Infestation+Warren Soultrader - other cheap creatures can be used in theory to keep the loop going if Fumulus is out to make bodies every time

I added in Eumidian Hatchery as a land slot even though the only in-deck ways to sac my own lands are Pox and Braids, Arisen Nightmare lol

I really hope Blasphemous Edict works the way I'd like it to with Fumulus. I think Fumulus will see all the sacrificed creatures and create a bunch of flying Insects after everything has died - leaving you with a board presence and no one else (hopefully).

Ritual of the Machine is a pet card that only works in certain decks. With a lot of sac fodder available to me, this should be simply a Control Magic in a lot of cases.

Some niche cards I want to try out are Dark Triumph and Gaze of Pain. Triumph is an instant speed sac-buff which seems cool and Gaze is a political board control tool (that I could use to trick people into bad deals muwahahaha).
