I was challenged to create a deck that's at least semi-competitive, uses oloro for the commander, and has a budget of 200 or less. The idea here is lots of life gain to keep you in the game while you find combo pieces, then you win either by getting infinite mana to dump into an x draw spell to mill your opponent or a torment of hailfire to kill them or alternatively by killing everyone with sanguine bond/exquisite blood. Lots of tutors (of the budget variety, no demonic or vampiric tutors here) and draw engines to make sure you're never without your combo pieces long
