Show Me Creature! Play at Instant Speed!

Have you every drawn your first 7 cards and it was a full hand of 7 lands? Were you upset? You'll love it in this deck!

his deck sticks with a power 3 Grenzo.

This Grenzo deck dismantles board states while bottom decking as many creatures onto board as possible.

This deck is heavily inspired by and similar to a Youtube video deckbuild by KillClancy linked here. This deck alters the themes within the video. This deck pulls away from the proposed goblin theme in favor of adding more removal tailoring to a heavier aristocrats theme to be able to gain a lead in value on board.

The Video does a fantastic job of explaining why an oops all creatures strategy can be potent on this commander while explaining some of the deck tech and combos that exist in a similar compacity here.

ALSO!, Keep in mind Grenzo is the only (although very good at it) form of card advantage in the deck. Almost all of our mana is going to be sunk pouring into Grenzos ability.

The Good Stuff category is for value engines and combo pieces that don't quite fit in other categories.

In total this deck Sports 37 lands when you include MDFCs.

MDFCs are very important in order to not whiff on Grenzos ability and to draw lands from the top of deck. Allowing us to maximize the chances of bottom decking creatures.

This Category is for creatures that when entering the battlefield using Grenzos ability pay for the next instance of the ability, effectively thinning the deck while flooding the board with even more creatures.

A big goal of this deck is ramping mana often to pay for more instances of Grenzos ability per turn. And to be able to recast him if removed to pick up where left off without slowing down as much.

These are quite possibly the most important cards in the deck besides Grenzo himself. These creatures allow us to put our creatures back from the graveyard back onto the battlefield using Grenzos ability. Using this we can loop combo pieces and removal tools using our sacrifice outlets.

There are 6 copies of creatures that are non-targeted removal that force opponents to sacrifice. These are much more potent when you can loop them using reanimator tools. There are also 3 copies of targeted removal only 1 of them can target non-creature permanents and is the only form of non-creature permanent removal.

These 6 cards are ways that while on board we can use for free sacrifices on our creatures as much as we need. Each of these have their own individual payoffs. 2 can Scry, 2 gain +1/+1's, 1 makes mana, and 1 gains an indestructible counter.

This category is for all the cards where you gain some sort of trigger and benefit from your or (possibly) any creatures dying.

These cards have triggers that cause you to scry. Scrying is very important for us as it allows us to stuff the bottom of our deck with creatures for Grenzo while searching for lands to draw.
