This is the follow up to my Uber Budget Rielle deck that I did (https://tappedout.net/mtg-decks/uber-budget-rielle/). I increased the budget by about $30. As I play this deck more, I think I will do further upgrades to increase the budget more and more and add more cards and make the deck more efficient over all. If you have ideas or suggestions let me know. The main way the deck wins is through decking yourself and Thassa's Oracle. There are other back-up options that are more fragile but win with damage from Glint-Horn and Brallin. If neither of those are your speed, there is always the fun mill win with Teferi's Tutelage and Mystic Redaction. There is a lot of redundancy in the deck in case one of your win-cons in thwarted or you draw one or two of them very early in the game. The plan is still the same, just dump cards from your hand at instant speed as often as possible and make your deck disappear by turn 6 or 7
