May I recommend a slightly altered plan.

Deathmist raptor and den protector are probably on of your strongest plays and I would try and run 4 each.

Another very solid game plan would be Sagu Mauler with Ghostly Flicker and Essence Flux

Update 1 Cards Added In

Vigean Graftmage A cheap creature, with some +1/+1 syneregy, and a useful ability too. An easy add.

Cloudfin Raptor Another cheap creature that triggers Ezuri, and a flyer too. On top of that Evolve will help out too if it triggers.

Bring to Light A way of finding a flyer, a mana rock, or another creature. Not the cheapest card, but pays for itself with its ability to cast the follow up card for no mana.

Primeval Bounty Triggers Ezuri with its tokens, adds counters when non-creatures are cast, and some incidental Lifegain too? Easy add, just a shame its expensive.

Treasure Cruise In this deck the graveyard is dead space, so Delve is perfect here. More card draw is no bad thing.

Thrummingbird A cheap flyer that triggers Ezuri, and can also Proliferate too.

Hornet Queen Yes, it's a token generator, but the tokens are so very useful its worth the price. Plus triggers Ezuri too.

Sagu Mauler Potentially a finisher that can protect itself, and when it comes in as a Morph it will trigger Ezuri too. This is an experimental add to see if it works the way I hope it does.

Fathom Mage An Evolve card that adds card draw too. On top of that it triggers Ezuri, and I can never resist a foil!

Vorel of the Hull Clade Really obvious inclusion for boosting counters, and has great synergy with Ezuri.

Murkfiend Liege No they aren't counters but boosting the power of all blue and green creatures, plus having them available every turn is too tempting not to include.

Simic Manipulator Again an Evolve card and a way to make use of lots of +1/+1 counters.

Temple of Mystery Slow dual land with an additional Scry. An easy change for one of the many basics.

Yavimaya Coast Untapped dual land, foil, and allows me colourless if i don't want the pain. An easy swap for a Vivid land.

Botanical Sanctum If I need it untapped, it comes in untapped. If I can afford to wait, then well it gets played later! Again an easy upgrade on a basic.

Hinterland Harbor Again another easy swap for a Vivid land. If it comes out at the right time then it gets played untapped. If it doesn't then, well... I guess I didn't need it that badly.

Llanowar Elves More mana. Triggers Ezuri. Easy.

Animation Module Plenty of opportunity to trigger, and gives more Ezuri triggers too. Can also add more counters to other things too. Its versatility makes it an easy inclusion.

Primordial Hydra A big finisher that leans into the Counters theme.

Managorger Hydra Another creature that has the potential to grow into a large finisher, with Trample to get me there.

Elvish Mystic See Llanowar Elves

Skyrider Elf If I am honest this is basically a placeholder for something better, but its a flyer and also has good synergy due to convergence.

Sagu Mauler works as well. An indestructible commander with Hexproof is such a pain to deal with.

It is best focus on Hexproof and Indestructible for Rayami, the rest of the abilities are optional.
A commander with Hexproof and Indestructible can be very difficult to remove except forced sacrifice or mass exile.
Creatures such as Sagu Mauler and Belltoll Dragon work best for Rayami. They are meant to be cast as face-down creature for . Your opponent won't anticipate what's coming.

I highly suggest to include Sagu Mauler and Belltoll Dragon . Remember, always cast as face-down creature. Your opponent won't know what's coming, lower the chance of getting taken off. A creature (face-up or down) exiled with blood counter by Rayami still count.

Hello. Context, I play cEDH artifact combo, so I know how to Dismember it.

I know that the deck hates artifacts, but I might still run Null Rod as backup for Ouphe, as well as Sphere of Resistance or Damping Sphere (which brutally shut down a lot of cEDH-style lists). I'm surprised there's no Bane of Progress here. Beyond that, Force of Vigor , Pulverize , Vandalblast , and By Force can do good work in this sort of list :)

My first cuts would be Polukranos, World Eater and Sagu Mauler , I'd say. With Animar, you have access to a lot of good combos, such as Ancestral Statue -- why not include that, to instantly kick Animar to infinite power and start swinging with your commander as a wincon? A friend of mine has a Voltron Animar list that might help you find an unorthodox wincon:

Ghostly Flicker and cards like it give you another way to turn some Morphs face up, at the expense of not actually triggering the flipping trigger. Still, if you need some blockers, it's a cheaper way to flip stuff like Towering Baloth and Sagu Mauler , and is less mana intensive than say Soul Collector while letting you select an additional target. Also gives you a bit of evasion for your land and artifacts.

These suggestions are made with my previous suggestions in mind, that I assume you liked via your comment upvote.

These are my considerations for your removal... I don't do it often but most of them just dont do much other than offer you the hexproof ability.

Troll Ascetic : problem with regeneration is you gotta hold mana for it. Easy to forget.

Soul of the Rapids : doesn't do much for it's cost.

Sagu Mauler : I mean it's ok... but just doesn't do alot other than have abilities.

Prognostic Sphinx : I see no reason to want to discard cards for optional hexproof. Scry's nice but there are better options for card advantage.

Ascended Lawmage : Again, cost vs stats... it's just not there. One mana less would have changed my mind...

These are just what I can think of... again, with my previous changes in mind.

Heroic Intervention : and similar cards can protect you from board wipes and other spells that don't target.

Steel of the Godhead & Shield of the Oversoul : mostly for the evasion, but the other options are nice too.

Wild Growth and similar cards could be useful if moving towards more of an 'enchantress voltron' style deck.

Curiosity for extra cards, coupled with an evasive creature.

Rancor & Spirit Link keep returning to use again.

Octopus Umbra : great for the evasive creatures. Also for anything that has accrued counters, then it becomes 8/8 + counters and hopefully unblockable... maybe even Ishai.

These are the iffy ones... they could stay, or go. Up to you

Multani, Maro-Sorcerer : other players can control the stats my discarding/casting etc. Sure it could get big but its subjective. Also if we follow a voltron strategy you cant target t either.

Witchstalker : on curve, but unless it's a meta call because U/B is common... but idk.

That's all I got for now, perhaps look into some bant enchantress decks to get some more ideas for enchantment support. I think the hexproof theme is a great idea, it just needs the support of the enchantments to make it shine. Hope it helps some at least.
