Force Bubble

Enchantment

If damage would be dealt to you, put that many depletion counters on Force Bubble instead.

When there are four or more depletion counters on Force Bubble, sacrifice it.

At end of turn, remove all depletion counters from Force Bubble.

Usually, whenever I've seen Oloro played, his main win condition is a combo of some kind. I see you run a couple of the main pieces, but here are the ones to complete them:

Aetherflux Reservoir + Bolas's Citadel + Sensei's Divining Top gives infinite lifegain, lets you draw your entire library, then you can zap your opponents with Aetherflux Reservoir until you win.

Maralen of the Mornsong + Opposition Agent is a soft lockdown combo that turns off player draws, makes them lose life while giving you additional card advantage.

I see that you run the Sanguine Bond + Vito, Thorn of the Dusk Rose combo in the deck already. If you want a redundant effect for Vito that still works with that combo, Exquisite Blood has the same effect on an enchantment for an increased mana cost.

Decree of Silence + Solemnity makes it so that your opponents can't cast anything without it just being countered infinitely. Sure, if they have ways to cast something from outside their hand, it can still be cast, but that's why I like having some cards like Drannith Magistrate or similar effects in there as well.

Dovescape + Guile is a hilariously broken combo to run as well. Counter everything, get dove tokens equal to the CMC of anything anyone casts.

Azorius also has access to a bunch of hard lock out combos. Knowledge Pool + Lavinia, Azorius Renegade , Knowledge Pool + Teferi, Mage of Zhalfir , Omen Machine + Teferi, Mage of Zhalfir , the list goes on.

Solemnity combos with quite a few cards, since it lets you abuse anything that would usually put counters onto a permanent or player. Force Bubble, Phyrexian Unlife, Decree of Silence, Celestial Convergence, Glacial Chasm, Dark Depths and Nine Lives all come to mind.

Esper is a fun color to play with if you like being the guy to repeatedly and often screw over the table. Oloro allows you to run any shell you really like, gain life even without taking him out of the command zone, and convert his own lifegain into card draw while draining your opponents. If you really want to up the archenemy factor, Sen Triplets is another Esper creature that loves to mess with anyone you're playing with.

From here, most of my suggestions are towards just making your deck more efficient and better equipped to deal with potential threats.

Yeah, as shadow63 said, you don't have nearly enough ramp. Personally, I would cut Ormos, Archive Keeper, Nyxbloom Ancient, Dragonlord Dromoka, and Avacyn, Angel of Hope right off the bat and replace them with the likes of Birds of Paradise, Elvish Mystic, Noble Hierarch, and maybe even Sylvan Caryatid. If you wanted to keep a similar effect to Dragonlord Dromoka, I'd advise running Grand Abolisher instead as it's much cheaper CMC-wise.

In addition, I'd completely redo your mana base. I'd recommend things like Command Tower, Mana Confluence, City of Brass, Reflecting Pool, the three shocklands in bant colors, and at least the three fetch lands in bant colors. These would make your deck much more consistent. I'd also work to add in more spot removal like Swords to Plowshares, Path to Exile, Generous Gift, and Beast Within.

You can also cut stuff like Decree of Silence for cheaper yet similar options. Glen Elendra Archmage is a good and cheaper alternative that does something kind of similar. For Force Bubble you could potentially get away with running Elephant Grass instead. Instead of Sandwurm Convergence you could run something like Norn's Annex. Instead of Open the Vaults you can run Replenish.

You are running some enchantress effects, but missed Argothian Enchantress and Enchantress's Presence.

I find Sanctum Weaver to be very strong, though my enchantress deck is Selesnya instead of Bant, so it may lose effectiveness in a 3 color deck. Since the deck is labeled competitive, I will also mention Serra's Sanctum.

If you are doing Solemnity combos Force Bubble and Delaying Shield are also able to be annoyingly protective.

Cool deck! You might like these: Demonic Pact, Liliana's Contract, Delaying Shield, Force Bubble, Burning Earth, Manabarbs, Smoke, Blood Moon, Oblivion Ring (check this out: if you respond to O-Ring's ETB trigger by sacking O-Ring, you exile the target permanently! Works with Journey to Nowhere too), Parallax Nexus (like O-Ring, activate the first ability 5 times and before the abilities resolve, sac the Nexus. Those cards are gone forever!), Parallax Wave, Parallax Dementia

Force Bubble works without the possibility of losing if removed if that is the only objection you have to the Nine Lives combo.

if you're not worried about recursion, Planar Void pairs with Energy Field stupidly well.

Solemnity also works well with Delaying Shield , Decree of Silence , and Force Bubble , although they aren't searchable by zur.

if you do want recursion, Hanna, Ship's Navigator and Hall of Heliod's Generosity are what I would recommend

A couple other cards that are fun with Solemnity: Force Bubble, Glacial Chasm, Chronozoa. The Chasm requires strategy, and the Chronozoa requires a sac outlet, but the bubble is just straight up damage prevention.

It’s not better, per se, but it might be worth including for a couple reasons. It’s yet another faux invincibility effect, just like Force Bubble, which is always a good thing. But consider this: Force Bubble costs 2 white and 2 generic mana. Delaying Shield is the same cmc, but for 1 white and 3 generic. Depending on what your mana base looks like on a given turn, Delaying Shield could be possible while Force Bubble wouldn’t be. Just something to consider. I’d swap one copy of the bubble for the shield, just to cover my bases.
