Ever since I discovered the card Solemnity I've wanted to create a deck built around the combos that go with this card. Eventually I came to the conclusion that a prison deck would probably be the best option given the cards Decree of Silence as well as Delaying Shield . When I get these two combos onto the battlefield I am fully protected and my opponent has no chance of winning. My win condition however varies. With Solemnity , Dark Depths would enter the battlefield with no counters on it creating a 20/20 flying indestructible creature. With Decree of Silence on the battlefield Lullmage Mentor would produce a merfolk token every time my opponent casts a spell. Or with all this protection we can slowly pick away at our opponent with Prodigal Sorcerer . Tutoring and mana ramp are obviously necessary to make this deck work so i've included Sol Ring Piracy Intuition and Academy Rector - Please let me know what you think as well as what can be improved. One problem I am facing while play testing this is its either very very fast or really really slow.
