An attempt to make a decent all Doctors deck while using as many cards with Who art as is reasonable/possible while also allowing the deck to function.

Yes, Rhystic Study should just be played over Four Knocks, but this is supposed to be a love letter to the Who-verse, so in many cases I go with flavor over power. I also wanted to keep the budget/power level down from my usual antics so that the deck would be fun to play at mid power tables and not just make everyone miserable, so no Moxen/Gemstone/Crypt for breakout starts.

Hopefully, the deck is fun and flavorful and strong without being either too slow to hang or overpoweringly irritating.

Changelings will likely be added eventually, I've got my eye on Mirror Entity and Unsettled Mariner, but for the first Iteration, I wanted all full bodied Doctors. No knock offs, lol.
