"Permanents are for suckers" - Talrand

I had the pieces which would get me The Unspeakable, so I figured it'd be rude to leave him out. But otherwise a non-land permanentless deck (aside from the man himself of course).

Basic game plan is very straight forward - play Talrand, Sky Summoner, play cheap spells which do things, bounce peoples big creatures to their libraries then steal them from there, and take some extra turns along the way. Then hit people with Drakes! Super easy, super cheap, and super fun!

I welcome any suggestions for fun things I might've missed. I actively tried to avoid putting counterspells in here, only one or two slipped through the net.
