This is my Rishkar, Peema Renegade EDH Deck.

The plan is very straightforward, and very, very Green:

1. Ramp mana, summon Rishkar.
2. Summon lots of creatures with +1/+1 counters.
3. Draw lots of cards.
4. Swing for lots of damage

The deck has been built with budget play in mind; while it plays quite well in its current form, it would really benefit from Nissa, Voice of Zendikar and/or Doubling Season and friends.

If you would like to remove underperforming cards, Garruk's Packleader, Briarbridge Patrol and Clockwork Hydra all tend to be underwhelming.
