Invasion block brought us the wonderful Domain cards, card that got better as you gained control of more types of basic lands. Back during that block's print run, I bought the "Domain" precon deck, and supplemented it with all the domain cards from throughout the block, as well as the 5 color legend of Apocalypse, Cromat. I played this deck for a number of years, off and on, and then Fifth Dawn brought us the Sunburst mechanic, as well as the 5 Bringers who could be cheaply played for 1 mana of each color for their powerful effects. I added these cards to my Domain deck. More recently, Conflux brought us more cards that benefit from having all 5 colors of mana, as well as the awesome Progenitus. These cards added yet more beautiful options for my Domain deck.

Alas, however, this fun and multi-faceted casual deck has fallen out of play for me, as the only kind of casual play I get to do anymore is Commander. Therefore, I decided to re-purpose my casual Domain deck for Commander. I could use one copy of all the Domain, Sunburst, and 5 color cards, supplementing them with all manner of color-fixing and the splashable removal and draw spells available to me from all 5 colors.

I more heavily run green mana producing lands so that I can be guaranteed to cast the mostly green mana fixing/ramp spells, along with cheap artifact color filters on the off chance I don't have access to green mana. Also I am using mostly basic lands so I can be assured to get Domain. With all the mana fixing spells, I shouldn't need a fancy mana base.

If you have any questions about specific cards I've included, or ones I've conspicuously left out, please say so. Also keep in mind that this is a mostly casual Commander deck, so don't go crazy with the budget.
