So I saw the card Paradox Haze and was immediately enchanted by it. I knew then that I had to find a way to make it work in EDH. Zur seemed like the best general, since it let me effectively make Paradox Haze my general instead. I briefly considered Jhoira just for sweet, sweet suspend value, but the ability to consistently get Paradox Haze out early led to me choosing Zur. The deck focuses on pulling out Paradox Haze, then abusing upkeep triggers to control the game before winning via Chromozoa, Mirror-Sigil Elephantos, or life drain. After Paradox Haze, the most important enchantments to pull out are As Foretold, Copy Enchantment (for another Paradox Haze), and something like Phyrexian Arena if you need draw, or Ghostly Prison if you need to hold off an aggro deck. I have both pairs of boots to act as haste enablers as well as protection for Zur, as well as a couple of enchantments Zur can grab early if I can't get the boots and still want protection. I'm not sure how valuable those cards really are since I mainly care about getting Paradox Haze out and, though Zur is nice after that, he's not needed. So far, the only ways I have to recur haze are suntitan, Starfield of Nyx, and Replenish, but I'd love more.
