I just sack spirits and use other cards to stop my opponents from having hands, it's that simple. This works well with my buddies Nekusar, the Mindrazer deck for two headed giant. We once took a guy from 31 to 0 in one turn with our double Raiders' Wake, Liliana's Caress, and Fevered Visions.

Combos

Butcher of Malakir + Pawn of Ulamog + Sadistic Hypnotist acts as a nice way to clear feilds and hands

Myojin of Night's Reach + Torment of Hailfire to guarantee an open field or a weak opponent.

Liliana's Caress + Myojin of Night's Reach + Raiders' Wake for usually around 14-6 points of damage and hand removal.

Wicked Akuba + Cabal Coffers + Urborg, Tomb of Yagmoth + Crypt Ghast + Caged Sun along with anything to give Akuba fear can lead to an OTK by pumping it full of mana.

Geth's Grimoire + Words of Waste turns into a pay 1 mana, get a 2 card advangtage combo.

Butcher of Malakir + Dictate of Erebos is a two for one combo, that with any of my sack cards turns into a bad time for my opponent(s)
