Make the final moon kami, Kami of the Waxing Moon it mono red for look back at pervious challenges for details but there low costed (no more than 3 mana) low powered and toughness creature (again no more than 3 for each) here a refence point for the two the WotC printed Kami of the Waning Moon and Kami of the Crescent Moon

Mu Yanling is hydromancer that also control air elementals and is said to be a as graceful as bird according to lore pages i found. so hmmm

So we have Kami of the Crescent Moon and Kami of the Waning Moon but we don't have the other three moon cycles, why?
So make either
Kami of the Full Moon-Mono White
Kami of the New Moon-Mono Green
Kami of the Waxing Moon- Mono Red
They all seem to be lower costed and lower P/T

If you look at most EDH decks, the bulk of their cards fall on the 2 to 4 CMC slots. I would try out stuff like Kami of the Waning Moon, Hired Muscle, Farbog Revenant, Crypt Ghast, Baleful Eidolon, Lost Soul, Mindwarper, Morkrut Banshee, Nether Shadow, Pale Rider of Trostad, Searchlight Geist, Keening Banshee, Souldrinker, Skulking Ghost, Thief of Hope, Vampiric Spirit, Wicked Akuba, Death Denied, Horobi's Whisper, Soulless Revival, Three Tragedies, Swallowing Plague.
Everything else is too expensive or pretty terrible.

interesting theme, and appears to be a budget deck but that doesnt mean you need to settle for low impact and vanilla creature cards like Sightless Ghoul or Walking Corpse etc.. (there is an argument to cutting the zombies entirely for a spirit based focus)
when creatures like Banshee of the Dread Choir, Bygone Bishop, Fleshbag Marauder, Hollowhenge Spirit, Kami of the Waning Moon or Oyobi, Who Split the Heavens..etc are there to play with.
Rhystic Circle also seems underwhelming in a game with copious amounts of mana, maybe Circle of Despair instead?
