The idea is to maximize utility while also taking advantage of instant casting triggers like Lunar Mystic.

~~THE COMMANDER~~

Kaho, Minamo Historian is a janky commander to say the least. I do love this creature however, as it allows you to tutor three of any instant in my library into a sort of "pocket exile" space separate from other exiled cards. This space functions like a second hand, allowing me to play these exiled spells normally whenever I activate Kaho's ability. Coupling this mechanic with cards that send my graveyard back into my library, and taking advantage of the long nature of EDH matches, this deck is meant to react to whatever the most aggressive player is doing.

The Legendary Creature rule works in Kaho's favor, as when they run out of spells I can simply replace them with a new copy using cards like Clever Impersonator.
