Really wanted to make another mono-colour deck, and Cosima has a fun set of effects and is also double sided - checks a lot of boxes for me, so vehicle tribal with landfall it is.

Minor goal would be to use The Omenkeel   to get the board in a position where you can consistently drop lands every turn, then either bounce it to cast the Cosima, God of the Voyage   side from the hand later or flicker it to have the Cosima side come in for free. Then we let Cosima go off on her voyage, dropping plenty of lands while she's away using what few mono-blue ramp options we have such as Walking Atlas and Ghirapur Orrery so that when we want her to come home, she'll be big and draw plenty of cards.

Other than that, vehicles tend to be efficient in terms of cost to effect/power, but are held back by needing to be crewed, so we want to include ways to get free creatures with things like Thopter Spy Network and Sai, Master Thopterist as well as big creatures that have drawbacks that don't matter when crewing a vehicle like Vantress Gargoyle.

Katsumasa, the Animator can act as an alternate commander if desired.
