Vraska Wither Hulk Combo

First off, the deck isn't really 'wither' centric. Rather, it has a -1/-1 counter subtheme, and aims to use infinite combos to win.
The deck is designed as a layered combo deck, in which the combo pieces overlap between different combos, but still have high usability outside of being combo pieces.
- Why Vraska, Golgari Queen : Powerful utility (advantage + removal).
- Why Final Parting : Facilitates a win con (listed under protean hulk win con) with Vraska. In the worst case, can tutor something to help turn the game around.

Essential Features

- Serves as ramp since we have a win con we can naturally ramp into with Vraska, Golgari Queen and Final Parting (covered in the win con section).
- Also, with Vraska, Golgari Queen out, they can serve to protect her, and fuel her {+2} to dig into the deck.
- Brings in Hapatra, Vizier of Poisons and Rendclaw Trow , which overlap a lot in terms of their involvement in combos. Also provides general usability.
- Rendclaw Trow can help protect Vraska, or fuel her {+2}.
- Ivy Lane Denizen helps as a mini- Mikaeus, the Unhallowed to help recur Rendclaw Trow .
- Plus, Hapatra, Vizier of Poisons combos naturally with Rendclaw Trow , and Devoted Druid which is a good mana dork in the first place.
- Basically for the deck to facilitate a Hermit Druid win con.
- The current land base is tentative, but it's just meant to fit the 0 basic restriction.

Win Conditions

Essentially, it is possible threaten a win just by curving naturally thanks to Vraska, Golgari Queen and Final Parting with 6 mana open:
1. Cast Final Parting , adding Reanimate and dumping Protean Hulk .
2. Reanimate Protean Hulk .
3. Use Vraska, Golgari Queen 's [+2] to sacrifice Protean Hulk , searching Phyrexian Delver and Carrion Feeder .
4. Phyrexian Delver revives Protean Hulk , which Carrion Feeder sacs again for Mikaeus, the Unhallowed + Walking Ballista .
5. Carrion Feeder + Mikaeus, the Unhallowed + Walking Ballista wins.

One complication for this combo is that both Reanimate and Phyrexian Delver drain you for reviving Protean Hulk . Since they drain 7 life each, you'll need 14 life to pull this combo off (Vraska's {+2} restores 1 life), which could be difficult depending on your opponent and your lands (which may ping you as well).
Possible solutions:
1. Wait until you have 1 additional mana and opt for Animate Dead instead of Reanimate .
2. Opt out of the Mikaeus, the Unhallowed win con, and search for any combination of Hapatra, Vizier of Poisons , Devoted Druid , Ivy Lane Denizen and Essence Warden . Basically, try to assemble a separate combo with Protean Hulk .

We run 0 basic lands, so on activation Hermit Druid can flip our entire deck into the graveyard, and we can combo out with a Necrotic Ooze combo.
The deck can curve naturally into this combo:
1. Cast Hermit Druid on turn 2.
2. On turn 3 (where we should have 3 open mana), use 1 {G} to activate Hermit Druid .
3. Use the remaining 2 mana to cast Acorn Harvest , creating 2 squirrel tokens.
4. Sac the squirrels and Hermit Druid to cast Dread Return , targeting Necrotic Ooze .
5. Necrotic Ooze use Wall of Roots 's mana generation, followed by Blighted Bat 's ability to gain haste.
6. Use Necrotic Ooze + Devoted Druid + Channeler Initiate + Walking Ballista to win.
There are a lot of infinite combos with Hapatra, Vizier of Poisons , example among others:
Hapatra, Vizier of Poisons + Devoted Druid + Ivy Lane Denizen = Infinite Green Mana/ Infinite Tokens
- Green Sun's Zenith : Can fetch Hermit Druid to threaten a win. Can fetch Hapatra, Vizier of Poisons and her combo pieces. Otherwise, can use to fetch Dryad Arbor on turn 1 with x=0 as ramp.
- Autumn's Veil : Clearly to fend off counters, to protect ourselves in the turn we go off.

*Many card choices are tentative, but it demonstrates the main idea. Suggestions are very much welcome, thanks.
