Tribal tribal!

This deck is all about playing changelings (and clones, to clone changelings) to get benefits from various tribal lords and effects. One of the biggest payoffs is this deck's commander: Silumgar, the Drifting Death. He gives each creature defending opponent controls -1/-1 for each attacking dragon you control, meaning that he's basically a one-sided board wipe on a creature. And he's hexproof! Not bad.

So you'll want to play as many cheap changelings as you can before you cast him, then use his "when dragons attack" trigger to clear away any of your opponents' blockers.

In the meantime, the various lords in the deck will boost your changelings, give them hexproof, regenerate them, draw cards, drain your opponents, and so on.

There are even two ways to make all of your non-dragons into dragons, too: Arcane Adaptation and Xenograft.

Not bad for a super-budget deck.
