This is a new but fully built deck with some potential. It is not budget, but rather modestly budgeted. I am open to suggestions under $30 per card with this deck. The main focus is lifegain that (via Lathiel) translate into +1/+1 counters on creatures. When this works, it pops in a hurry. I've only played it twice so I don't have good data yet on how effective it can be.
