Pauper EDH Sliver deck. Not very knowledgeable about MTG so this is actually just a card for card version of http://www.mtgsalvation.com/forums/the-game/commander-edh/variant-commander-decklists/511447-dormant-sliver . Would like any suggestions on more cards to add, the side board and maybe board are just for me to keep track of what I'm taking out and putting in.
