Ohhh, when you said library, you meant a deck, not an actual library. Well that makes more sense.

Luckily this deck is both! Turns out there are a whole bunch of books, tomes, scrolls, journals, grimoires, etc., etc. in Magic: the Gathering. And a lot of them are artifacts or creatures that do well in Azorius colors. Raff is the commander here because he's underrated, cheap, and generically good. Plus he looks like he'd enjoy reading. This deck is library themed, but not hyper-focused on the theme, and is still built to be relatively viable. Approach of the Second Sun will probably be the easiest wincon to achieve due to the amount of draw power in this deck, so I'd recommend going for that.
