I went significantly over my budget on this build. This Decks strategy is to target stuff with cheap spells while Orvar is out to make copies. It can make a lot of inifinite combos with cards like Peregrine Drake, Archaeomancer, Clockspinning, Ghostly Flicker, Sapphire Medallion, and a few others. Some Combos don't even require Orvar to be in play. Haven't played with it yet.
