Triskaidekaphobia themed deck. Hope to get a few wins with Triskaidekaphobia. Lots of effects to change life totals by small amounts. Oloro seemed like the best commander at the minute. My playgroup already has a Orzhov life gain deck so don't want to have to similar a build. Feedback and recommendations for Janky cards are welcome.
