Deck Description is a WIP

The Jund version from my last hit Gimme the LOOT (which you should check it out if you like grixis and dragons)! This time around we're turning up the heat on how fast we can really get the ball rolling, gaining large amounts of mana quickly in the early game and having an explosive mid and endgame to snowball your opposition with constant pressure!
3-4 lands (preferably fetch lands), ramp to start your engine like Abundant Harvest, Utopia Sprawl and Dryad of the Ilysian Grove and Purphoros, Bronze-Blooded. He is essential for the deck to work due to his 4x inclusion. If he isn't available, Ilharg, the Raze-Boar is a good alternative due to his ability to bounce cards back to your hand rather than sacrificing them.
Here's the rundown, depending on what you got in your hand, your turn one option could be fetching for a forest to play Utopia Sprawl onto it to ramp into a Dryad of the Ilysian Grove next turn to pretty much have your mana fixed for as long as he's in play, or just go with the typical turn 1 Thoughtseize if that's what you have. The next turns like before can go multiple paths but it all really culminates into getting your dragons out quickly to create looming threats for your opponent, so getting a Dragon Tempest out alongside any of the Sarkhans will create a clock for your opponent. By this time, you have your engine running well and can comfortably start putting threats out like Terror of the Peaks and Thunderbreak Regent which can honestly be their own defense against targeted removal.
The ideal endgame will be your dragons out and pressuring the opponent. More specifically, a planeswalker, our two star dragons Terror and Thunderbreak and a Dragon Tempest will have ensured their survival. But the real sauce is all about the combos. Depending on if your ramp went well, a turn 4 or 5 Savage Ventmaw is not uncommon, such a sleeper card. Dragon Tempest + Savage Ventmaw or Sarkhan Vol + Savage Ventmaw and his +1 to give ventmaw haste AND +1/+1 will float another 6 whole mana to play almost anything in the deck! This can enable another combo creating insane value that your opponent will struggle to keep up with. Sarkhan Vol + Savage Ventmaw will allow you to use only 4 of that mana to play The Great Henge, floating two red mana and tapping Henge to possibly play anything 4 mana or below AND gaining you 2 life!
Now the deck isn't perfect, it has some bad matchups. If you're in a match against another ramp or those dreaded Simic decks, pray to God you can beat Uro in the ramp race. Another bad one is most definitely aggro, but isn't nearly as bad of a matchup as my last dragon deck.

For your swaps, the usual graveyard and mill hate like Relic of Progenitus, Gaea's Blessing and Grafdigger's Cage can replace a couple Tempests or a Dragon's Hoard. Additionally, Dryad can be replaced with Cultivate if you're having targeted removal issues, and board wipes like Extinction Event, Crux of Fate and Languish can replace Kolaghan's Command, Dragon's Hoard or The Great Henge if you feel it's too slow, as well as Dreadbore for Terminate for that instant removal. The dragon swaps are purely up to you, but Kokusho is there for that extra life gain. If Dragon's Hoard is too slow, feel free to replace it with Thrill of Possibility as I found myself flooded with mana with no card draw.

Some of the most fun I've had in magic, and that's coming from someone who never liked green before this deck! It is more thought intensive than my last one so don't be discouraged if you lose some matches, that's what the sideboard is for; covering almost any matchup you can think of! Getting the hang of this deck is a commitment but very rewarding when you can steal games in style. Feel free to drop any suggestions, anything helps!
