I wanted to make a deck that uses a general from the worst set possible, Homelands. Soraya the Falconer has been errata'd to work for birds. All falcons have been errata'd to birds, making Soraya pretty decent.The point of the deck is to overrun your opponents with an army of cheap flyers. With 41 creatures in the deck, it isn't too difficult to amass a ton of Birds quickly. Power them up with the Anthem effects and swing!I tried to stick to a mostly bird theme, and tried to stay away from Anthem effects that helped opponents (Coat of Arms, etc.).

I know I'll hear a lot of "why use fetch lands in mono-white? Just use basic Lands instead." So I'll just mention that I intentially made it so a ton of land can be taken out of the deck early on, leaving mainly Birds in. That way board presence shouldn't be too hard to maintain if you get into top deck mode. They also search for Mistveil Plains. As well as shuffle the deck when I put things on the bottom, making it possible to reuse Gideon, Ally of Zendikar over and over again for multiple +1/+1 emblems.

The list I have here isn't finalized yet, I just threw it together and now I'm looking to make it a little more consistent. It already matches up pretty well against certain decks. It's strengths I've noticed so far are against Slivers, Niv-Mizzet, the Falconer, Soldiers, and Progenitus . It doesn't do too well against Zur the Enchanter (obviously lol), and any deck that constantly makes you sac creatures.
