My friends and I wanted to make deck's themed around Jojo's Bizarre Adventure villains. While they went for the bigger bads, I decided to take a crack at making a deck themed around all the enemy Stand Users from Stardust Crusaders. Always appreciate feedback. This is in no way intended to be a good deck by any standards. Just a fun theme.
