I love how this would give cards like Shrink and Agoraphobia a whole other realm to operate in. It always feels to me like those cards are getting undeservedly-limited play...

carlmoores yes normally 40 is too much but look at who the general is. You're going to want to be paying that extra 2 to copy stuff, right? Average cmc may as well be 5.
