I decided to build a deck around Sydri, Galvanic Genius because I really like playstyles that involve taking something and making it do something it doesn't normally do, in this case, turning artifacts into artifact creatures. This is my initial build of the deck, and I was hoping to make some artifact creatures that I can give deathtouch to deter blockers and attackers, and swing at my opponents for big damage. But it hasn't been performing as well as I'd hoped, and so I'm wondering if anybody has any suggestions for cards I maybe haven't considered that would be improvements to the deck, especially if there are weak points you notice in the list.

I think one of the areas I'm struggling in is balancing having artifacts I'm actually able to cast, vs ones that will actually become big hitters when I turn them into creatures. I think key pieces in my deck are just too easy for opponents to remove (e.g. Caltrops being an attack deterrent thanks to deathtouch), and maybe I'm not using the cards IN the deck in the most optimal way.

Budget improvements are appreciated, hopefully no more than $5-7 for a single card, but I'm open to hearing any recommendations.

Also if you're wondering, Vampiric Tutor is in here because I pulled it from a booster, it's pretty significantly out of my budget under normal circumstances.
