A few you missed - Angel of the Dire Hour, Choking Vines and Fog Patch
Plus, Should probably include Blue cards that Bounce or Block things to prevent all combat damage. Such as - AEtherize, AEtherspouts, Cyclonic Rift, Evacuation, Mirror Match, and Illusionist's Gambit
Also, while these probably don't belong on the list, cards that do damage to all attacking creatures seem like a potential add. Such as - Wind Shear and Sandstorm I'm sure there are lots others, but I won't continue since they don't really fit.

Orim's Chant classic isochron scepter piece. Glarecaster not only fogs but also redirects the damage back at another target. As far as I know, it will redirect all instances of simultaneous combat damage. This is a brilliant hidden gem.

You'll note that I've specifically omitted single point damage reduction from the list. While I might occasionally run a Intervention Pact in a holy day deck - this list is only things that prevent all damage from a category.

I always try to add some sort of Fog effect to my EDH decks, so i was trying to find one in red. Alas this one doesn't have the surprise factor i was looking for so i didn't include it. Still pretty sweet tech in the Angry Omnath deck.
You also may want to add Master Warcraft i noticed later that you included False Peace effects also. Master Warcraft is like mindslaver for the battle phase.
