Hey, nice budget version with some creative strategies. You forgot Sol Ring :)

Consider more repeatable draw from effects you don't have to cast since you have a lot of cards to assemble for the combos and then you don't lose life from Liesa.

Dawn of Hope is nice with Liesa because she has lifelink thus when she does damage pay 2 mana to draw. Arguel's Blood Fast  Flip uses life to draw. Liesa has flying and there's quite a few other fliers here who can more easily do combat damage to a player for Mask of Memory .

Court of Grace and Palace Jailer can be repeatable draw with the monarch and Grace can be repeatable 4/4 Angels or 1/1 Spirits. Cards that create tokens are good with Skullclamp especially 1/1 tokens such as from Keeper of the Accord and Leonin Warleader .

Some cards to consider cutting:

Cards to consider cutting are Harmless Assault since four mana for this effect is too much. Mishra's Self-Replicator there's much better five drops here to cast. Withercrown subpar for a removal spell since your opponent can just ignore it until they find a way to remove it because losing 1 life is not much to worry about. Rally the Ranks since +1/+1 anthem effect is not really worth it.

Demon of Loathing is not as good as the other high CMC creatures. Bloodline Pretender only good when you have Nexus or Conspiracy on the battlefield because you have to choose a creature type. Instead play a card that can help to setup Nexus or Conspiracy? Sol Ring could replace Replicating Ring .

Oh, no, it's quite alright, I honestly I'm glad that I can get detailed feedback on a deck that felt was pretty gimmicky; and something I can actually work with. Open the Graves , much like most of the cards I picked, is there mainly for token summoning-- It's not much about building a defense, but getting three spawns for life points: exactly so I can play Thoughtseize and Dark Confidant , which are two great additions I am definitively going to try and squeeze into the deck, now that I know they are a thing.

I figured there were two ways I could play this deck: - Vampiric healing: Which would depend on having one or more Ajani's Welcome set up from the beginning and then start dropping 1/2 mana creatures w/Token spawning until I can run Epicure of Blood and turn my healing into the offensive. Having two 'Ajani's Welcome' setup with 'Epicure of Blood; and then having Ajani's Pridemate attack with it's 2 cat tokens, and three vampire tokens from Call to the Feast , that's a minimum of 10 healing if everything was blocked, which translates into 10 damage to the opponent's Life (Which has the problem of being a more 'endgame' strategy, with a weak start that can mess me up) - Token overwhelming: Which is basically dumping as many creatures/tokens from the very start, which mixed with the fact most of them have life-link, allows me to save my beefy cards for attacking, rather than blocking. (Which, considering most of them are 1/1, would mean a simple splash damage card would leave me wide open. So basically dead on arrival against a Red deck)

Now I'm the one that's rambled, but to get to the end of my thoughts: Ixalan's Binding is good, but Seal Away is cheaper, and unless I'm preventing Token piling, like clerics from Rite of Belzenlok and the like, I don't think the cost justifies it's use.

So, since you're offering advice-- I could remove : 1x Harmless Assault , 2x Ajani's Pridemate . And in their stead, add: 2x Mortify , 2x Cast Down , 1x Thoughtseize , and 2x Dark Confidant for a good 60 card roundup, while keeping the core gimmick of 'stealing life' intact?

I have been thinking about using some fogs recently myself. I think there are some awesome ones that you are missing still. Specifically ones that can kill creatures if you have blockers.

Deflecting Palm and Wear / Tear into Sideboard. Ethereal Haze or Holy Day over Harmless Assault and Hold at Bay. Smite is ok, but exchange it with Path to Exile if possible. And where is your Lightning Helix?
